Fighting Irish Fight for Life
SWD teams up with the Hematology/Oncology Pediatric Unit at Memorial Hospital to provide student-athletes and families from the unit with the program Fighting Irish Fight For Life.
This annual program creates a support system for the families and the children struggling with illnesses by placing one family with one team. The Irish teams interact and engage with the families for the entire academic year.
